Personality: On the surface, she lacks empathy, kills without much concern, and acts somewhat sadistic. She will indiscriminately kill any human she comes across without hesitation even if they do not pose an immediate threat to her. It seems she really doesn't like much of anything and it is clearly seen that she completely despises humans. With the way she acts it seems that she would kill even her own comrades if they got in her way.

History:
~Birth~ Lucy wasn't born like a normal human. Before she was even born her mother was experimented on so that Lucy when born would be the first of a new race called Diclonius. When she was born she had a pair of horns on her head. This was different from what her parents expected she would be like when the mutation was made but either way they still loved their new baby girl.
~Lucy age 3~ For years Lucy was watched and studied by the scientists that had mutated her. They want to know everything they could about the Diclonius as possible. They figured out that Diclonius mature much quicker that humans do. But once Lucy was three they learned of a trait of the Diclonius that they weren't ready for. When Lucy was a little bit over 3 years old, she suddenly just killed both of her parents. It was the first sign of Vector development.
~Years later~ A few years later when Lucy had just turned 8 it was found out that she was really becoming more dangerous than the scientists expected her to be. But regardless of this they decided to go with a more hands on approach. They started to perform these torturous experiments on her. These experiments continued on for two years.
~Lucy age 10~ At the age of 10 Lucy had become a lot less violent towards humans. It had seemed as if the scientists had broken her violent streak. They decided with this being true that they would place Lucy into a small village called Kamakura. At first Lucy didn't mind simply because it was the first time she had been outside of a lab. Being left at the orphanage there to see how she would be able to live in the human world.
~New life in Kamakura~ Shortly after she was released and placed in Kamakura, Lucy began to realize the difference between living in the real world. Being a Diclonius she quickly adapted to it but the people of Kamakura didn't adapt to her. The other kids in the orphanage and even the guardians that took care of Lucy were creeped out by her. She was often treated badly, especially by her peers. They constantly told her she didn't belong there or that she should be dead, simply because of the differences between herself and the others.
~Mental breakdown, The massacre of Kamakura~ Lucy tried to live in Kamakura for a while. Not even a year went by before Lucy started to think that there would be no place for her at all. She had no friends, no family, and if what everyone said was true, no place for someone like her in the world. But one day Lucy's hopes were lightened when she found a stray puppy in the woods. Lucy had finally found a friend in the sad life she had in Kamakura. She knew right off that the others couldn't know of the dog. If they did she was sure that they would hurt it just like they tried to hurt her. So from that day on she would bring the puppy food and water and have the time of her life. This lasted for about a week until the other children noticed the change in Lucy's mood. Shortly after they found out about the dog. They found and captured the puppy and brought it to Lucy. They started to torment the dog in an attempt to make Lucy cry and in response she tried to fight back. They then restrained her and made her watch as they bludgeoned her puppy to death as "punishment" for her trying to fight back. In this moment of great stress, Lucy's snapped and became aware of her acute abilities as a Diclonius, again after almost a year she brought out her vectors. She then brutally killed the others, ripping them limb from limb. After that she then continued on a killed every single person left in the orphanage and then moved on to the town itself. In only a few hours the entire town was nothing but a blood massacre. Bodies lined the streets and blood stained and flooded the streets. In just one night an entire town had been brutally killed by a 10 year old girl.
~5 years after the Massacre~ After Lucy left Kamakura she began traveling around the country side, killing everyone she came in contact with during her travels. Where ever she went killing and death were to follow. By steadily following the trails of death left behind by Lucy, the scientists that first experimented on her found her. They captured her and created a cover up for the strange deaths that had been happening over the five years they had been chasing her, just as they did for the Kamakura massacre. They had plenty of new information to learn on Diclonius and Lucy was going to provide all of it.
~Lucy's 3 years of containment~ For the next 3 years Lucy was put through torturous experiments. Studies of her mind and vector development, how the Diclonius mind worked, and where this strange natural blood lust towards humans came from. Over these 3 years, Lucy's hate for humans reached dangerous levels. Every chance she got, even if it was to kill just one person, she went for it regardless of the painful punishment she was put through afterwards. They had hoped that they would break her blood lust a second time but all they did was make Lucy hatred for man kind grow and grow. Over those 3 years the most inhuman torture and experiments were performed, some that would have the scientists executed on the spot if word got out.
~Fatal mistake, Lucy's escape from containment~ Three years passed and the views of the scientists changed. They found out that Lucy was a perfect killing machine. They figured with someone like her or better yet an army of Diclonius would allow them to take control of the land, even the shinobi villages would fall to the overwhelming power of the Diclonius. They put Lucy through dangerous training exercises, training her in becoming a perfect weapon. Of course Lucy well over exceeded in this and she had truly become what the scientists considered the perfect weapon. This however was their down fall. One day when they went in to collect a DNA sample of Lucy so they could create even more Diclonius children, she found a weakness in the containment cell and broke out. The killed the scientists and then proceeded with killing everyone else in the lab. She left not a single person left alive and then once again set out on her own into the human world.
~Present Time~ Now that Lucy has freed herself from the scientists she has sent herself a goal for herself. She knew that there was no place in this world for her, so she would simply have to make one by recreating the human race and replacing it with a more evolved race. The Diclonius race.
